I honestly don't know where the months are going!
I can hardly believe Lucas is 2 months shy from turning 2!
It is still sometimes hard to accept that he is not a baby anymore but a little person who has a mind of his own, who has his opinions on what he likes or dislikes.
He is generally a very sweet and loving boy but we do encounter times where he challenges us and he tests his line. He's been saying "NO" to us a lot, which I'm not very happy with as he wags his finger and gives a stern look at the same time!
He is very strong minded and it's hard to convince him to do something when he doesn't want to. He doesn't even let us brush his teeth anymore, he wants to do it himself.
Lucas can be shy also. Whenever we go to parties, new place or meet new people, he usually clings to either of us until he is warmed up. Usually 15-30 minutes.
My favorite of late is when he tells me "lob you!" which means "love you". :) He's been saying it as well without being prompted or telling "love you" first. Ahhh, sweet sweet times.
